03 - Spread seasoned vegetables evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15–18 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
04 - On a floured surface, roll out prepared pizza dough to a 12-inch circle. Transfer dough to a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
05 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
06 - Arrange roasted vegetables evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
