These Crack Breakfast Sliders are a delicious breakfast treat made with sweet Hawaiian rolls stuffed with cheddar, crispy bacon, and scrambled eggs, then topped with savory ranch butter. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner!

I first made these sliders for a weekend brunch with the family, and they disappeared faster than anything I've ever made. They're always a crowd-pleaser and come together so fast.

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 8 large eggs
  • Heavy cream: 1/4 cup
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Bacon: 1 lb
  • Cheddar cheese: 2 cups shredded, divided

Instructions

Prepare the dish:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
