# Directions:
01 - Set the oven to 480°F (250°C) or to its highest setting. If using a pizza stone, position it in the oven during preheating.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Move the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
04 - Spread the crème fraîche sauce evenly across the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Scatter shredded mozzarella uniformly over the sauce.
06 - Arrange the sliced pickles and red onion, if using, over the layer of mozzarella.
07 - Bake on the center rack for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
