- Prepare Cheeses:
- Cut cheeses into evenly sized cubes
- Wash Grapes:
- Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes
- Skewering:
- Take small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks
- Thread:
- Thread a cube of cheddar, followed by a grape, then a cube of gouda, and another grape onto each skewer Repeat until all ingredients are used ending with either cheese or grape as desired
- Serve:
- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter Garnish with fresh mint leaves if using Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve
