01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes

03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried

04 - Fresh mint leaves for serving

# Directions:

01 - Cut mild cheddar and gouda cheeses into uniform 0.6 inch cubes.
02 - Wash grapes thoroughly and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
03 - Thread cheddar cube, grape, gouda cube, and another grape alternately onto wooden skewers or cocktail sticks until ingredients are finished, finishing with either cheese or grape as preferred.
04 - Arrange skewers on a serving platter, optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
