# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine yam fries with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Place fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not crowded.
04 - Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, flipping fries halfway through for even browning.
05 - Remove fries from oven, sprinkle minced garlic evenly over fries, and toss gently. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
06 - Immediately after baking, sprinkle fries with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley. Toss lightly to coat.
