# Directions:
01 - Dissolve organic cane sugar thoroughly in filtered water within a sterilized glass jar. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug, along with fresh lemon juice, stirring gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Secure the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter fastened by a rubber band. Leave at ambient temperature, preferably between 68–77°F, for 24 to 48 hours until the mixture becomes slightly effervescent and tangy.
03 - Remove water kefir grains or ginger bug by pouring the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Discard or reserve starter culture for future preparations.
04 - In a clean pitcher, blend the fermented base with fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to integrate flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mocktail mixture over ice, and garnish each serving with a thin orange slice and additional mint leaves if preferred.
06 - Present the beverage immediately to retain its natural effervescence.
